There will be a running clock. Every 2 minutes (eg. on min. 2, min 4, mn. 6, etc) stop and do 4 burpees and 6 wallballs (20lb-10′ / 14lb – 8′).
Continue OHS and resume count where you left off.
Do your 4 burpees and 6 wallballs as fast as possible…or this really will hurt!
A “butt ball” is required here…FULL ROM is MANDATORY
The irony is killing me…or maybe others
I saw this booth outside a store the other day.
First, I donated $5 and got her permission to take the photo. I also told her who I was and we had a very good discussion about the irony behind the sign.
