5 Heaving Snatch Balance (start with PVC round 1, then heavier each round)
Hold snatch balance for 3 seconds at the bottom before standing up. Catch the bar low with a very tight core every time.
10 Toes-to-Bar (TTB)
2 Pushups (PU)
Toes-to-bar = executing any kip or swing you’d like, with straight or bent legs, get any portion of the top of your foot up to the bar.
