(Coaches will move you to one leg and work overhead positions)

3 rounds for total reps (similar to the Fight Gone Bad format)
1 min of  FLUTTER KICKS
1 min of burpees
1 min of V-Ups
1 min of push ups
1 min of squats
Rest 1 min

Post total reps for all 15mins of work
