Friday’s WOD:
As teams of 2, complete 100 Ring Hangs to Inverted. Each person will execute 50 reps. 1 athlete rests as the other works. Can work in teams up to 4 athletes (each person still does 50 reps).

Oh yyyyyeeeeaaaahhhhh. 1 Day to DA FUNK!!! Midnight WOD tomorrow, Saturday Sept 5th. Warmup at 11:30pm, WOD at Midnight, party to follow.
No costume = 100 burpees AFTER the WOD.

We’ve got a few athlete updates for you next week, but for this week, i’d like to issue an open apology to Kristin. Because of CFHR, Kristin just spent a lot of money. Kristin had to go clothes shopping on Wednesday. This trip was spurred by the fact that none of her clothes fit her anymore. She has dropped FOUR dress sizes in approximately 6 months of CrossFitting. Our gym fees are minor compared to the cost of a whole new wardrobe. You’ve come a LONG way, and we are so proud of your accomplishments.
