Rips and Tears and Double Under Fears!

After a grip and pullup intense week, there are plenty of skin tears and no more tape.
So here is a link to some lower cost basic Gymnastic Grips by Gibson. Sizing instructions are below.
Sizing: The distance inches below is a measure from the base of your palm to the base of your longest finger.
XS: Up to 2.5 inches
Small: 2.5 – 3 inches
Medium: 3 – 3.5 inches
Large: 3.5 – 4 inches
XL: 4 inches and longer
Also, so many people are setting strong goals (and achieving them) in accomplishing double unders.
I have ordered a bunch of new 9 foot ropes (the most popular length). Unfortunately, the steel cable ropes we had before are no longer being carried (the makers went to PVC).
Here is a link to great, high-quality Buddy Lee ropes. They are more expensive than other ropes, but they are one helluva rope. Those of you who have used it or own one will attest that they spin fast. The one we had in the gym lasted for almost 2 years before the rope broke. I replaced the rope and it’s good to go again. So stop fighting for the best rope and get one that you can size to fit you perfectly!
