Max Deadlift 225#/135#
800m run
Max Wallball 20/14
800m run
Max pullups

*2 people start on run and 2 on DL with 1 person working at a time.
All 4 people must do the movement before moving to the next.
Use your max reps as seconds and subtract from total time.
