5 @ 65% 1RM
5 @ 75% 1RM
5 @ 80% 1RM
5 @ 85% 1RM
Rest
3 rounds of:
30 unbroken swings (55/35)
30 unbroken GHD situps
rest 2 min between sets.
get off the GHD, quickly check the big clock and start exactly 2 minutes later
