FAVORVITE WOD: Not sure yet
LEAST FAVORVITE WOD: Anything thrusters then pull-ups
HOW LONG IN CROSSFIT: Started Aug 08

PROUDEST MOMENT: Lots of small things: unassisted pull-ups, double-unders, jumping muscle up.
NEXT GOAL: Honest Muscle ups, all WODs As Rx’d, 2 min of double-unders without breaking
MY EXPERIENCE: Awesome! Love the people.  It gets me up early and on time for work.  It has improved my performance in all other activities-Mt Biking, Kayaking, Skiing, etc.

FAVORITE WOD: Filthy 50 – see it, do it, done…on to the next challenge
LEAST FAVORITE WOD: Anything with a wall ball…things falling down on me are sort of scary
HOW LONG CROSSFITTING: 1 year
PROUDEST CROSSFIT MOMENT: The day I got slammed doing sprints with the 6am guys.  It was then that I decided to get in the game!
NEXT GOAL: I want to kip without a band!MY CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE:  Intense!  I have never considered myself remotely athletic. It is cool to find out that I am capable of pushing myself physically. Thanks Jeremy and Nicole for helping me to get out there and compete!
