What you need: A t-shirt that’s comfortable to workout in. Sweats or shorts that arent excessively baggy. Also bring shoes to train/lift/run in: athletic shoes, any hard soled indoor soccer shoe or Chuck’s if you’ve got ‘em.

Requirements: Be on time (5-10 minutes early) so we can roll into the training right at 7pm. Remember, if youre late you’ll miss important info so do your best to be at the gym ready to roll at 7pm. Also required is an attention to coaching cues, details and a positive, supportive attitude that’s ready to train hard. Rule one of the gym is NO EGO – don’t forget that.
