- Run 400M or Row 500M at 80%
- 20 DUs
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Squats/OHS with PVC
- 5 empty bar “good mornings”
- 10 shoulder “pass-throughs” w/PVC

This week, I’ll be posting some great listening material from the Livin’ La Vida Low Carb Show hosted by Jimmy Moore. Fast forward through the corny intro music and you’ll find very informative interviews. This first episode is an interview with Dr. Robert Lustig. Dr. Lustig is a neuro-endocrinologist and professor of pediatrics at the University of California San Francisco. I’ve posted his video lecture, “Sugar, the Bitter Truth” and it is linked in our Nutrition Resources section. Go into these with an open mind. Not everything on these shows will agree 100% with the nutritional principles we discuss, but the individual interviews are very thought provoking and filled with great info.
