Partner Workout for Max Rounds (only count complete rounds):
20 Min Countdown
Start with 1000M Row
(tag each other in or out when desired, use one rower per team).
then,
AMRAP of
10 each.. MedBall Cleans and Pass 10 feet apart
10 each.. Abmat Situp with Med Ball, Pass Medball at top of situp (5 feet apart)
25 each Double unders or 75 singles (can be working at same time)
**Can’t move to next round until both of you complete your DU’s or Singles.  There is only one Row in the WOD.  The score is based on how many times you get through the AMRAP of MedBall Cleans, Situps and Double Unders
