Practice one legged squats (aka pistols) for 5 minutes. Stand on bumpers or a box to help
4 x Sprint Accelerations:  start with a slow jog…accelerate gradually to a sprint as you approach the entrance of the parking lot.  Each one should get quicker, so your 4th Sprint Accel is the quickest

WOD:

Level 2: 5 rounds / Level 1: 3 rounds for total time:
  Run 100M
  7 Push Jerk (135/95)
  12 CTB pullups
