   20 unbroken wallball (20#-10′ / 14#-10′)
   10 unbroken toes-to-bar
   30 air squats

Level 1
4 rounds for time
   10 unbroken wallball (scale load to get 10′-men, 8′ ladies)
   5 Knees to Elbows
   15 air squats

  post WOD work:  15 minutes of Turkish Getup experimentation (bars, bells, KBs, people, etc.)
