Be patient with the WODs and yourself.  The temp will drop on Tues/Wed.  We’ll pick up the pace again then.  Ma Nature has put some periodization into our programming.

Overhead Squat:
  3 @ 55%
  3 @ 65%
  3 @ 70%
  3 @ 75%
  AMRAP @ 80%

Rest,

On your own:
3 sets of:
   15 toes to bar, rest 1 min
   15 Heavy Swings, rest 1 min

This article by Dr Kurt Harris should be mandatory reading for every dietician, doctor and alli pusher.  This is about the best explanation/summation I’ve heard of the principles of what happens to food when you eat it.  I’ve read this article 5 times (at least).  Please post your thoughts about how this article differs from your thoughts of the “calories in/calories out” discussion.
