 My kids start public school next year.  When it comes to the lunch menu, frankly, I’m scared.  We’ll be packing their lunch, but for those parents who don’t have time…do you realize what your kids are eating?  One mom (Mrs. Q) had enough and started:  Fed Up With Lunch: The School Lunch Project.
