The Inflammation Cycle.  A GREAT blog post.  Read this, then walk away from your desk or whatever is keeping you from your thoughts for 15 minutes.  Get some sunlight and think about your stressors, your life, your goals.  Make the step away from your desk both a physical AND an emotional step.  Gain perspective.  Even if these thoughts stress you, look at them objectively.  Breathe deep, let the sun warm your skin and view your life from the outside…just for a while.
