The "Hole" Story about Soy: Why Soy is Harmful and How it Became so Popular. Wed Oct 6th (100 DOB Day 98)

This Saturday, from 8:30-10:00 AM, we’ll be running an Olympic Lifting Clinic at CFHR. This is you opportunity to get focused, off-the clock training on the Snatch and the C&J. We’ll be working in small groups and improving everyone’s game! 
Starting next Monday (October 11th), evening classes will start on the hour as a group. Mon-Fri we’ll have 4,5, and 6pm classes.  You will notice a LOT more structure to these classes.  When you show up to the box, please do the DJM/mobility warmup on your own. At the top of the hour, the class will run through the additional warmup TOGETHER, go through the WOD elemenets TOGETHER, then start the WOD TOGETHER.  The next class starts at the top of the next hour. This gives our coaches a much better opportunity to maintain the personal, interactive Coaching we feel is so critical to your success.

Hips extend with tall posture and set spine in the DB/KB swing.  Tucking hips/sacrificing spine = inefficient and dangerous.

WOD:
 3 Rounds for time:
  • 20 Burpee Box Jump (24/20)
  • 20 KB/DB Swings (70/55)
  • 20 DUs (60 singles)
  • Run 400M

Level 1: 10 reps of each exercise instead of 20.
