The Zyrtec’s Connected to the…Zocor… Mon, Sept 6th (100 DOB Day 68)

OUR ONLY CLASSES TODAY, MON, 6 SEPT ARE FROM 4PM-8PM.

This is our first week of Guest Coach Programming.  The next 2 weeks of WODs are brought to you by Coach Bryan.

Warmup:
DJM + 1 Mobility element (mix it up each day)
2 minutes of L-sit work

WOD:
Deadlift:
5 @ 75%,
5 @ 80%
AMRAP @ 85%

Power Clean:
5 @ 75%
5 @ 80%
AMRAP @ 85%

Post-WOD mobility: Hips. This one is GREAT. Listen to how K-Star describes this stretching. It doesn’t matter what, specifically you are stretching. Use “informed freestyle” (i.e. move around until it feels like you’re stretching something, then hold it and work that area for at least 2 minutes).
