Friday Night is Kristy and Adam’s last night in the gym. Since Fri is a skill test day, this is their Farewell WOD. Fitting as both have made huge (to the tune of 50-100lbs) gains in deadlift in the past 6 months. Best of luck to you guys. You will be missed!
