Sorry everyone, I’m 1 day behind on the tally.  Current score is up in the box.
From Tuesday’s WOD the Avg Guy’s time was 14:29 and the Gals was 17:00.
The CFHR Affiliate Team checks in today.
 100 days of burpees with a vest?  Why not!

Shoulder Press
  Warmup Shoulder Press, then
   5 @ 65%
   5 @ 70%
  AMRAP @ 75%

Rest,

AS TEAMS OF 2 (GUYS on a team, LADIES on a team), for time, complete:
  Level 2:
   150 WallBall Shots
   150 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25lb plates)

  Level 1:
   75 Wallball shots
   75 Overhead Walking Lunges (25lb/10lb plates)

At the top of every minute, both athletes on the team will stop and execute 4 burpees. The Coach running the WOD will announce each minute.
