35 min video discussing high fat nutrition.  Very interesting stuff.  Great examples and explanation.  Worth the time.  To get in the spirit, here’s a recipe I plan on trying this weekend:

1 stick butter, 1/2 jar almond butter, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 5 – 6 scoups of protein powder, 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, some cinimon, dash of salt, melted dark chocolate (i’m gonna use 85%). Mix together till combined – if too wet add more coconut flakes til it comes together like cookie dough. Refrigerate for about an hour – take out and roll into small balls and store in refrig.  Proud to say that the coconut flakes I’ll be using are from a coconut I picked, husked, cracked and prepared.
