Great Blog on Dr Eades’ page. He addresses a rebuttal to Gary Taubes book (the bible of Nutrition in my humble opinion). The rebuttalee is a guy named George Bray. He has the classic approach of “Calories in vs. Calories Out = Weight Gain or Loss.” It’s a bit slow in developing, but once you get to the meat of the blog it is GREAT and addresses much of what we talk about daily in the gym.
