Tabata (20 sec on 10 sec off)

(complete all 4 rounds of one exercise before moving on to next one)
abmat situps (unanchored)
Double unders
4 rounds
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
8 Push press (125/85)
6 Burpee Chest to Bar Pull ups
 (yes, that means do a burpee then jump up and do a chest to bar pullup)
rest 2mins 30 sec after each round
post total WORKING time (i.e. subtract 7:30 from what you see on the clock when you are done)
Who really needs CrossFit after this advice?
