Accomplish the following AMRAP blocks in any order.
Each block is As Many Rounds as possible in L2: 4 minutes, L1: 2 min 30 sec
Rest between sets is: L2 – 8 minutes, L1 – 9 min 30s.
This allows everyone to start blocks at the same time
AMRAP Block 1
3 thrusters – 155/105lbs (from the ground, not the rack)
10 unbroken Chest-To-Bar pullups
15 unbroken Swings (heavy)
3 Overhead Squats – 135/95 lbs (from the ground, not the rack)
15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents (no jumping to first pull)
AMRAP Block 3
6 Single Arm DB Hang Power Snatches (3L/3R)
10 burpee box jumps
