WG or rest (updated workout as of 6 am)


Friday’s WOD:

If you’re participating this Saturday, we recommend Fri as a rest day.  Come in to work on individual skill sets or put together a light WOD.
If you’re not participating this Saturday, then you’ll do:
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
7 KB swings (55/35)
7 Pullups
7 Jumping Squats (must go below parallel at bottom, hips must fully extend at top and feet must leave the ground)
