Thrusters must be below parallel at bottom, full elbow extension at top, and bar must be directly overhead at top (NOT IN FRONT AT ALL!!!)
Limited ROM reps will NOT count. Don’t short yourself…get a VALID hack at your progress by doing all reps honestly.

PHENOMENAL work Tuesday on the Deadlifts. Just about everyone reached a new PR by quite a few pounds. Keep up the hard and rewarding work!
