WM — Day 5

Thursday’s WOD:


5 sets of the following Snatch complex:

2 x Hang Power Snatch/3 x Snatch Balance/4 x OHS – 120 sec rest b/t sets
(example:  do 2 hang power snatch, then, without setting the bar down, go immediately into 3 snatch balance, then immediately into 4 OHS, then put the bar down, rest 120s)

(perfect form for all reps)…did we mention FORM IS THE GOAL, NOT SPEED!!

30% Bodyweight Overhead Squat x 21 reps
30 double unders
