for time; in no particular order (seriously each person may pick their attack order on this one)
135#/95# Power Clean x 10 reps
30″ box jumps x 25 reps
10 muscle ups (may substitute jumping mu’s or 3 pullups/3 ring dips per muscle up)
Row 400m (damper setting on 10)
25 Back Extensions
50 Double Unders
25 Knees to Elbows
20 Wall Balls-20# to 10ft
15 DB Split Jerk – 35#/h
