Free Running & Burpees Down South, Wed, Aug 18th (100 DOB Day 49)

 Mike & Gabi, knock out burpees at the southern most point in the U.S. at Key West
5 rounds for total reps:

30 sec AMRAP ring dips
30 sec rest
30 sec AMRAP Heavy DB/KB swings
30 sec rest
30 sec AMRAP tuck jumps (knees break parallel to ground)

after the 30 sec rest following your 5th round, immediately run 400M for time

Post your score as:  Total Reps + 400M run time in seconds
ex:  154 + 74s

I think I may have posted this one a long time ago…but I just love watching this.
