Five rounds for time of (scale weight as req’d):
135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps
135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps

Checkout SAM (at the ripe young age of 65) knocking out 45 lb Kettlebell swings during “Nate,” and showing off superior shoulder and hip girdle flexibility during warmup.
