CrossFit Hampton Roads is not just a place, it’s a journey. As soon as you walk through the door, you become part of a big family. You become determined to do things you never thought possible. There is NO such thing as “I CAN’T” in CrossFit… it’s “I WILL!”
Thanks to the entire Crossfit Hampton Roads staff for your dedication and never ending support, I could not do it without you guys!

“I can’t even begin to say how happy my progress has made me, it just feels incredible. I started out at 240lbs, when I weighed in this morning, I almost couldn’t believe that I saw 211lbs! Overall I’ve lost 11 1/4 inches. My blood pressure has gone down and I just feel all around better. I’ve accomplished so much more than I thought I would in the past 10 weeks and I can’t thank you guys enough! There is something special there at CFHR. Great people, great times, great workouts! Keep up the amazing job and thank you all for everything, you guys are awesome!” -Scott
